5. Q5 Analyze the case and answer the following questions :- John a resident of India, working in a marketing firm, was sent on an assignment in Japan for eight years. Initially his spouse and children were not willing to join him, however later they agreed to. This was possible after his company agreed to get his kids admitted to the best school in Japan and also offered a job to his wife After 2 years John and his family returned. They were not very happy in Japan. They could not get along with the people there.
