AIBE evidence questions: both statutes are still asked
The Bar Council allocates evidence 8 questions under a heading naming both the Evidence Act and the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. Across 19 real AIBE papers we counted 137, and AIBE XXI asked a section of each statute in the same hundred questions.
AIBE contract questions: the 8 is shared, not contract's
The Bar Council's 8 question row covers contract, specific relief, property and the NI Act together. Across the newest five AIBE papers those four average exactly 8.0 a paper, and the Indian Contract Act alone averages 3.4.
How long the AIBE paper really takes
Across 636 finished AIBE practice papers on munotes, the ones sat in under 30 minutes average 33.5 and the ones using at least 150 of the 180 minutes average 59.1. That is an association and not a cause, and 363 of the 636 sat the whole window.
How the AIBE has changed since 2012
Jurisprudence and public international law were 38 questions across the oldest seven AIBE papers in our set, and zero across the newest five. Constitutional law has taken that share, from 10.4% of the old papers to 13.8% of the new ones.
What 1,900 real AIBE questions say about the syllabus
We classified every question in 19 real AIBE papers and set the count against the Bar Council's published syllabus. It holds up: across the newest five papers 17 of the 19 subjects land within one question of the stated number, and Constitutional law is the one reliable exception at 13.8 against a stated 10.
AIBE CrPC and BNSS questions: what 19 real papers show
The Bar Council's syllabus names both codes in one row worth 10 questions. Across 19 real AIBE papers we counted an average of 9.5, and AIBE XXI asked the CrPC and the BNSS in the same hundred questions.
AIBE Constitution questions: nearly 14, not the stated 10
The Bar Council's syllabus gives Constitutional law 10 questions. Across the five newest AIBE papers we counted an average of 13.8, which makes it the biggest subject on the exam and the one most people under-prepare.
AIBE CPC questions: the syllabus says 10 and it means it
The Bar Council allocates the Code of Civil Procedure 10 questions. Across 19 real AIBE papers we counted an average of 9.6, and AIBE XIX, XX and XXI each asked exactly 10.
AIBE BNS and IPC questions: the newest paper asks both
The Bar Council's syllabus names the IPC and the BNS in one row worth 8 questions. Across 19 real AIBE papers we counted an average of 8.1, and AIBE XXI split them four questions each.
