2. Accounts and access

Account owner is responsible for usage

  • • Keep account credentials secure.
  • • Provide accurate and current account information.
  • • Do not share accounts for misuse or fraud.
  • • Accounts may be restricted for policy violations.
3. Content and conduct

Respect content rights and community safety

  • • You keep ownership of your uploads.
  • • You grant rights needed to host and show content on the platform.
  • • Illegal, harmful, or unauthorized copyrighted content is prohibited.
4. Payments and plans

Paid usage follows listed plan terms

  • • Plan details are listed on the pricing page.
  • • Amounts are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.
  • • Refund and cancellation handling follows the dedicated policy page.
5. Availability and liability

Best-effort reliability

We work to keep services stable and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent allowed by law, indirect or consequential losses are excluded.

6. Sponsorship marketplace role

munotes is the platform, not the contracting party

  • • munotes helps verified committees and sponsors connect, communicate, and track workflow.
  • • Sponsorship contracts, deliverables, taxes, invoices, and performance obligations are between the sponsor and the committee.
  • • munotes does not guarantee sponsor outcomes, campaign results, event attendance, or business performance.
  • • Both sides must agree clear milestones, proof requirements, timelines, cure periods, and remedies before payment is released.
  • • To the extent permitted by law, munotes is not liable for non-performance, delayed performance, or direct contract disputes between sponsor and committee.
  • • Sponsor and committee each agree to indemnify and hold munotes harmless against third-party claims arising from their own representations, actions, or breach.
  • • Disputes should first be raised between sponsor and committee using platform records. munotes may review evidence, apply account actions, and share records for lawful dispute resolution.
  • • munotes may suspend listings or accounts for fraud, non-performance patterns, policy violations, or legal risk.
