On the back of the ticket a condition has been printed that the cruise Company shall not be liable for the loss or injury to the passenger or his luggage. On the face of the ticket there was no indication that some conditions have been printed on the back of the ticket. The luggage of Mr 'X' was lost during the voyage. (a) Explain reasonable notice of terms as per standard form of contract. (b) Will the company be liable in the present situation?
