There is a right of passage of Ankita over the land of which Aniket had knowledge but he did not disclose that fact to Aniketa while selling the said land. (i) What do you understand by the term Rescission of Contract? (ii) In the given case, are there any legal rights available to Aniketa and Ankita? If yes, elaborately discuss.

Lareena, who is an employee of Laimur without the knowledge of the said award, locates Laimur's son and returns him to Laimur. However, thereafter, Lareena comes to know of the said award and seeks the award money from Laimur. (i) Explain the various legal rights of Laimur and Lareena in the given case in light of well known decided case laws. (ii) Will the legal rights of Laimur and Lareena be different, if Lareena was aware of the award before she returned the son to Laimur? Explain.
