1. Q15 Sheela filed a divorce petition against her husband Ranjit on the ground of cruelty. As an evidence she submitted a letter written by her husband in his handwriting, acknowledging a cruel act committed by him.
   • (i) What is the nature of statement made by her husband in the letter? Explain.
   • (ii) Whether this can be used as evidence against Ranjit by the Court? Explain.
