LL.B. (Three Years) BSA and Law of Evidence Question Papers - Mumbai University 2026
One paper, two Acts. The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA) replaced the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 on 1 July 2024, so this paper is now set on the BSA. Each paper below is marked BSA or Evidence, and the first BSA papers are from April 2025. Students sitting the paper for the first time take the BSA paper; on the current syllabus that is the BSA 75/25 paper. Students repeating it (ATKT) take Law of Evidence, which the University still sets, most recently in April 2026. The BSA 60/40 papers were set for B.L.S. Sem 10, which sits the same subject. The Evidence papers are good practice for the BSA as well, because most of its rules carried over under new section numbers.
