  1. Q17 A boy, Anil, below 16 years of age was kidnapped from his lawful guardianship. (i) Which Section of the IPC is applicable here? (ii) If the boy is taken away from India, then what is the offence committed and under which Section? (iii) According to Section 366, if a woman is kidnapped, then what is it called? (iv) What is the punishment for abduction?
  2. Q18 A female employee, Tina, is five months pregnant and has been working for the last two years in the establishment for the same employer. (i) What kind of Maternity Benefit can Tina claim from her employer? (ii) When should Tina give notice to her employer? (iii) What shall be the procedure adopted by the employer to determine the Maternity Benefit in the case of Tina?
  3. Q19 In a sudden raid by the Police of a Brothel, they found many young ladies along with a minor girl aged 10 years. (i) Are all the ladies liable to be punished? If yes, under which Act? (ii) Whether the minor girl aged 10 years shall also be liable for punishment? If not, then what is the alternative? (iii) Whether the senior lady living on the earnings from the Brothel is also liable to be punished? Yes or no, state the reasons for the same.
