  2. Q18 Rahul and Renu have been married under the Hindu Marriage Act. Rahul does not give divorce to Renu and, with her permission, marries Sony for the child. (1) Is the marriage between Rahul and Sony valid? Give reasons. (2) Can the child be considered a legal heir of Rahul? Why?
  3. Q19 Ali gave divorce to his wife Anjum. (1) Will Anjum follow Iddat? Give reasons. (2) Can Anjum immediately remarry after divorce? Give reasons.
