3. Q15 Property dispute arises between Anil and Ramesh. Anil produces a registered sale deed dated 1985 found in official custody. Ramesh challenges its authenticity.
   • (i) Can the court presume the sale deed to be genuine? Explain with relevant provision of BSA 2023?
   • (ii) What is the condition for presumption of authenticity for a 30-year-old document?
4. Q16 Ravi and Suresh jointly committed a bank robbery. Ravi turns approver and testifies against Suresh. The defense argues that an accomplice's testimony cannot be trusted.
   • (i) Is Ravi a competent witness in above case? Explain.
   • (ii) What precaution must the court take before convicting based solely on an accomplice's evidence?
