  2. Q18 The police raided a brothel and found many ladies, and amongst them there were two minor girls. (i) Which law should be applicable to decide the age of minority? (ii) What, in your opinion, should the women caught in the brothels be: a victim or an offender? Justify.
  3. Q19 A Hindu male adopts a child with the consent of his wife. (i) What is the effect on the adoption if the Hindu father converts to a non-Hindu religion? (ii) What is the effect on the adoption if the consent of the wife was fraudulently taken by the husband? (iii) Can the adoption be cancelled? Why?
