SECTION III - Q.3: Solve any two of the following

1. Q17 Smt. Rane executed a will on 1st January 2017 but did not register the will. Smt. Rane expires on 1st February 2017. (i) Is registration compulsory in case of a will? (ii) What are the consequences if the will is not registered? In the aforesaid situation, will the "will" take effect?
2. Q18 Shri Albert wants to review the order of the Talathi under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. (i) State the reasons under which the order of the Talathi can be reviewed. (ii) In the aforesaid case, with whom and in what time can the review be filed?
