2. Q14 A woman is not accepted by a maternal home after she is forced to leave her matrimonial home by her in-laws. (a) Can she prevail on her husband to live separately? (b) Can the Hon'ble Court direct that she be provided with shared household, if yes under which provisions of local and / or international law?
3. Q15 A mother aged 75 yrs. old is living with her unmarried daughter aged 30 yrs. and both are unemployed. (a) Can the mother claim maintenance from her only working son who is living separately with his family? 4. Q16 The parents of a handicap child (one leg is affected with polio) are trying to get their son admitted in a nearby regular school. (a) What remedy is available to the parents if the school refuses to admit their child on the grounds of that the child is handicap. (b) Can the said handicap child avail other facilities available to a mentally retarded child regarding extra time for writing paper and a writer for writing his answer paper?
