SECTION III - Q.3: Solve situational problems, any two (12 Marks - 6 marks each)

1. Q17 Mr. Hirve owns 40 acres of dry crop agricultural land in the Suburbs of Mumbai. He desires to purchase 40 more acres of dry crop agricultural land in and around the same area. (i) What is the land Ceiling for the above mentioned land? (ii) What could be the consequences if he purchases more land as above?
2. Q18 Mr. Bhide wants to review the order of the Talathi under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. (i) State the reasons under which the Order of the Talathi can be reviewed. (ii) In the aforesaid case, with whom and in what time can the review be filed?
3. Q19 A 'Will' executed by Mr. Loke on 10th January, 2019 is not registered. Mr. Loke dies on 1st April, 2019. (i) Is registration of a 'Will' compulsory? (ii) Is there any consequence for non-registration of a 'Will'?
