LL.B. (Five Years) Land Laws Question Papers - Mumbai University 2026
Not in the current syllabus. Land Laws is not in the current LL.B. syllabus, which applies from 2022-23, so students on it do not take a Land Laws exam. Their Sem 8 written papers are Jurisprudence and Legal Theory, Contract II, Constitutional Law II and one elective (Human Rights Law, Criminology and Penology, or Bankruptcy Laws). The University still sets Land Laws for students clearing it under the old syllabus, such as ATKT students. The latest paper below is from May 2026.
