1. Q8 (a) A couple along with their 4 year kid was standing on the edge of a road. Roshan was driving to his office, while he was passing through that road in car the kid ran towards the road. In order to save the child, Roshan took a steep curve and hit a compound wall of a house owned by Akash. Due to the impact, the compound wall collapsed. Akash wants to sue Roshan. Advise.
