  1. Q15 Mr M, an employee in a corporate firm was talking loosely to Priti, a girl in his department about her looks and dressing sense. Priti complained about Mr M's behaviour to the ICC. Mr M said his intentions were not bad, his comments were on a lighter note spoken to Priti in friendly manner. But Priti found comments spoken by Mr M as "unwelcome". ICC transferred Mr M to another branch of the firm with a warning. (i) Can ICC take such action against M? Give reason to your answer. (ii) What do you mean by beneficial construction?
  2. Q16 A boy found a purse on the road and took it to the shopkeeper to know if someone was asking for the lost purse. The shopkeeper said no one asked for the purse, but he refused to give it back to the boy, saying he was not the rightful owner of it. (i) Adivice the boy? Give reason to your answer. (ii) What do you mean by "possession is nine points in law"?
  3. Q17 Mr Ravi creates a sculpture and sells it to Mr Raju for a price. (i) Briefly explain the concept of title. (ii) What type of title existed with Mr Ravi? Explain in brief.
  4. Q18 The parliament passes a law against drunken driving. The Act allows Road Traffic control board to fine the violators of the Act within their jurisdiction. (i) What do you mean by delegated legislation? (ii) Is such a law unjust? Give reasons to your answer.
