Q15 Under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, with reference to acquisition of land, answer the following questions: (a) What are the provisions in case of food security? (b) What are the urgent situations in which land can be acquired without the regular procedure?
2. Q16 A Power of attorney needs to be registered by Avinaash Mhatre and his uncle Aman Mhatre, who is bodily infirm and unable to move. (a) Advise them about the legal provisions of registration of a Power of attorney. (b) What are Aman Mhatre's rights of power of attorney?
