  1. Q15 Kavi was a sex worker. She never had the dream to be in this profession. But unfortunately, when she was 16 years old, she had been dragged into this profession by one of her friends, Kumari. (i) What kind of reformation do you suggest for her rehabilitation? (ii) Whether the friend, Kumari, shall be punished for such an offence?
  2. Q16 Ravi Raj, a 23 years old philanderer, committed a sexual offence on a girl aged 20 years, out of a sudden, irresistible sexual urge. (i) Has he committed an offence? (ii) What theory of punishment is applied here? Explain with suitable cases, if any.
  3. Q17 Durgawati wanted to steal a loaf of bread from Mr. Rajesh as she was very hungry. She broke his hand and ran away. But, after some days, she was caught by the police and was sent to jail as she was a major. (i) Was the Police justified in catching hold of the girl for such a petty offence? (ii) Explain the provisions pertaining to it.
