2. Q14 A woman is not accepted by a maternal home after she is forced to leave her matrimonial home by her in-laws. (a) Can she prevail on her husband to live separately? (b) Can the Hon'ble Court direct that she be provided with shared household, if yes under which provisions of local and / or international law?

(b) Can the said handicap child avail other facilities available to a mentally retarded child regarding extra time for writing paper and a writer for writing his answer paper?
