  1. Q17 Mohan is 16 years old. He represented himself as an adult and mortgaged his property. He seeks now to avoid the mortgage. (i) Will Mohan succeed? Explain. (ii) Disucss the status of a Minor under Indian Law.
  2. Q18 'X' was the President of India during 1962-67. In 1966 he visited Thailand as the head of India and participated in the State function at its capital city. 'X' was gifted a 100 kg. silver elephant which he brought to India. (i) After his term can X take home the silver elephant? Explain. (ii) Bringout the distinction between the two major kinds of corporate personality.
  3. Q19 'X' is openly in possession of land belonging to 'Y' for an unbroken period of 14 years. (i) Can 'X' claim title to the land? Explain. (ii) List the modes of acqisition of ownership.
