Mrs. Tara wants maintenance from her husband for herself and for her two children living with her. Elder child is 19 years old who is physically challenged and younger is 16 years old.
   • (a) Whether Mrs. Tara is entitled to claim maintenance for herself and for her two children? Who can get it and who cannot? Explain.
   • (b) Explain the condition in which Mr. Indrajeet can refuse to give maintenance.
