(a) With regard to a dispute arising out of the said transaction, where can Raj file a suit against Rishi and Ravi? Explain the relevant legal provision. (b) Raj files the suit at Nagpur to which Rishi objects. How does the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 address such a situation? Cite the relevant legal provision.
