LL.B. (Three Years) BNSS and CrPC Question Papers - Mumbai University 2026

Available question papers Sorted by exam year, latest first Latest first

One paper, two codes. This paper was set on the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (CrPC) until 2024. The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) replaced the CrPC on 1 July 2024, so since December 2024 the paper is set on the BNSS, along with the Juvenile Justice Act, 2015 and the POCSO Act, 2012. Each paper below is marked BNSS or CrPC. Students on the current syllabus sit the BNSS paper (75/25). Students still on the old scheme are set the CrPC paper (60/40), most recently in April 2026. The BNSS 60/40 papers were set for B.L.S. Sem 9 under its older 60:40 scheme. The CrPC papers are good practice for the BNSS as well, because most of its rules carried over under new section numbers. Our notes for this paper are written on the BNSS.
