Q15 While working in a hotel, a waiter spilled a hot soup on a customer. Due to this, customer's hand was burnt and his clothes were also damaged. Customer claim for compensation.

Q16 The plaintiff was a breeder of racing pigeons, and the defendant was a neighbour. Some of the plaintiff's pigeons settled on neighbour's grain. Grains were placed on the lawn to dry in sun, and did damage. The defendant without firing a scaring shot, shot four of them and wounded fifth.
