Q13 A enters into a contract with B to sell 500 kg of grain. However, A delivers only 300 kg of grain. (a) What are the rights available to B in respect of the short delivery? (b) If B accepts the 300 kg, what other remedies are available to him?

Q14 Nihar appoints Hiren, a 16-year-old, as his agent and instructs him to procure insurance for his cargo worth Rs. 4,000. Hiren fails to obtain the insurance, and the cargo is later destroyed in a fire. (a) Is the appointment of Hiren as Nihar's agent valid? Give reasons. (b) Can Nihar recover from Hiren the loss suffered by him due to Hiren's failure to insure the cargo? Explain with reasons.
