LL.B. (Three Years) Alternate Dispute Resolution System Question Papers - Mumbai University 2026
ADR is now a Sem 3 practical course. In the current LL.B. syllabus, which applies from 2022-23, Alternate Dispute Resolution is a Sem 3 practical course (Practical Training II). The University sets no written paper for it in Sem 3. The papers below are the older written paper, Alternative Dispute Resolution System, which the University still sets in Sem 6, most recently in May 2026 on both the 75/25 and 60/40 patterns. Your exam timetable shows whether you sit it. These papers ask about the same law the Sem 3 course teaches, such as arbitration and conciliation, Lok Adalats and mediation, so they are good practice for it too.
