Q13 Country A and Country B signed a treaty in 1980 to establish their border along a river. Over time, the river changed its course due to natural erosion, causing the border to shift. Country A insists on the original border based on the 1980 treaty, while Country B argues for the current river course as the new border. (a) Name the convention according to which the treaty has been entered into. (b) How and where can a treaty be registered?
