1. (i) Seema gets married to Atul, both Hindus. They have fights everday. Seema due to Atul's cruelty, leaves the matrimonial home. Atul in the meanwhile has an affair with Anita. (1) What is the legal recourse available to Seema? (2) Can Seema claim maintenance from Atul?
