   • a) Rukma Bai has a son, Hansraj, who is suffering from a rare kind of cancer. He is suffering with severe pain and his condition is deteriorating everyday. Doctors have informed that he will not survive for many days. Hansraj unbearable with pain requested his mother to give him poison and kill him. Persuaded by him repeatedly, Rukma Bai gave poison to Hansraj and as
   • i) What offence Rukma Bai committed if any? What can be the maximum and minimum sentence of punishment that can be awarded to her ?
   • ii) If Hans Raj had not asked Rukma Bai to kill him and she has given the poison on her own. What would be your answer ?
   • b) Pappu a 6 year old boy visits his friend Chotus house. He waits till Chotu is outside his room and slowly takes away a video game belonging to Chotu
