LL.B. (Five Years) Interpretation of Statutes Question Papers - Mumbai University 2026
Not in the current syllabus. Interpretation of Statutes is not in the current LL.B. syllabus, which applies from 2022-23, so students on it do not take an Interpretation of Statutes exam. They study interpretation in Legal Language, a Sem 5 paper, and their Sem 9 written papers are Civil Procedure Code and Limitation Act, Criminal Procedure (BNSS), Labour Law and Industrial Relations II and Public International Law. The University still sets Interpretation of Statutes for students clearing it under the old syllabus, such as ATKT students. The latest paper below is from April 2026.
