What is the Maternity Benefit that Kavita is entitled to under the Maternity Benefit Act? (ii) Rachana had made three complaints to the police that her husband and mother-in-law were demanding money from her father. Rachana died due to severe burns within a year of her marriage. State the offence committed and what kind of action can be taken against Rachana's mother-in-law.
