1. Q15 Salma was married at the age of 13 years. On attaining the age of 18 years she wants to repudiate the marriage. (i) Can she repudiate the marriage? (ii) Define option of puberty.
2. Q16 Ramu, a boy aged 12 years, was working in a hotel as a waiter. There was a raid by the Labour Inspector at the hotel as he had received a complaint from an unknown person. (i) What is the offence committed, and what action can the Labour officer take? (ii) Does Ramu have any rights?
3. Q17 Renu was working as a secretary in a corporate firm. Her Boss Raj started making advances at her and passing lewd remarks on her. Renu wants to take some action. Advise Renu on: (i) What law is applicable to her? (ii) Give the relevant landmark case law on the issue.
4. Q18 A Muslim woman, Shafiya, seeks divorce from her husband. (i) Does she have to observe the iddat period? (ii) Can she marry her divorced husband again? Explain.
