  • Problem Identification & Feasibility Study: Identification of a real-world problem (industry / social / institutional), Problem justification and scope definition, Stakeholder identification, Feasibility analysis (technical, economic, operational)
  • Requirement Engineering: Functional requirements specification, Non-functional requirements, Use-case analysis, Requirement prioritization, Constraints and assumptions
  • Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Planning: Selection of SDLC model, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Project timeline (Gantt Chart), Resource planning
  • System Modeling using UML: Use Case Diagram, Class Diagram, Sequence Diagram, Activity Diagram, ER Diagram, Deployment Diagram
  • System Architecture Design: Frontend architecture, Backend architecture, Database schema design, API structure, Security considerations
  • Documentation Deliverables at the End of Module 1

Module II

  • Implementation, Testing, Deployment & Evaluation Phase

  • Deployment: Cloud deployment / Local hosting, APK build, Server configuration (if applicable), Version control using GitHub (Mandatory)
  • Performance & Security Testing: Basic load testing, Input validation checks, Security validation
  • Final Documentation: Technical Report, User Manual, Screenshots, Source Code Documentation
