B.A. (Culinary Arts) Syllabus - Mumbai University
This is the syllabus under NEP 2020, published one year at a time, from the academic year 2024-25. The University is at the same time still examining the older Choice Based scheme for the third year teaching out: her Winter 2026 timetables for Semesters V and VI are headed "T.Y.B.A. Culinary Arts (Choice Based)". Neither scheme has replaced the other, so check which one your exam form names.
