BFA Metal Work Repousse Design Syllabus - Mumbai University

This is the University of Mumbai syllabus for B.F.A. (Metal Work), Circular No. UG/210 of 2004 dated 28 May 2004 (Ordinances 5317 to 5323), in force from the academic year 2004-2005 and amended for the Third Year Execution/Application by Circular No. UG/352 of 2008. It is still the scheme examined: the University set the Summer 2026 papers on it, and has published no later B.F.A. syllabus. The Second Year B.F.A. examination is conducted by the University of Mumbai, on exam form 4O02462.

Group II (Practicals) Studio Practicals per Academic Year: 120 hours

  • Construction of forms for simple metal object in view scope and Limitations of medium materials and Technique design includes (a) Orthegraphic Projection (b) Working drawing (c) View drawing (d) Colour rendering.
