This is the University of Mumbai syllabus for B.F.A. (Metal Work), Circular No. UG/210 of 2004 dated 28 May 2004 (Ordinances 5317 to 5323), in force from the academic year 2004-2005 and amended for the Third Year Execution/Application by Circular No. UG/352 of 2008. It is still the scheme examined: the University set the Summer 2026 papers on it, and has published no later B.F.A. syllabus. The Final Year B.F.A. examination is conducted by the University of Mumbai, on exam form 4O02464.

Syllabus for Repousse Design
The University prints this subject as “Repoussè Design”, numbered 5 in the Final Year B.F.A. syllabus.
MU also prints this paragraph on the Interior Decoration Final Year page, as that branch’s Visualization. Circular No. UG/352 of 2008 replaced it there; here, on Metal Work’s own page, it stands. MU underlines her subject headings, and on this page the rule merges with the descenders: the scan reads the heading as "Repousst Design". The printing is legible and was checked against the page image at 300ppi; "scan_reads" is what the splitter looks for on the page.

- Organisation of design suitable for high & low relief and enamelling techniques with functional & aesthetic values. Designing for utility, creativity to complex metal objects.
