Module 1: Introduction to Financial Budgeting 15 hours
- Understanding the concept of financial budgeting, Importance and benefits of budgeting, Types of budgets, Preparation of Flexible Budget and Sales Budget manually.
Module 2: Preparation of Budgets in Excel 15 hours
- Setting up a worksheet or converting data from a picture into excel, Preparation of Flexible Budget and Sales Budget in excel, Analyse Data using Excel, Prepare Pivot table and chart.
