    • (a) Mr. Ram an Engineer, working in Military Engineering Services was removed by an authority sabordinate to that by which he was appointed. Mr. Ram challenged his removal as violation of Article 311 of the constitution
    • (i) Does the removal amount to violation of right under Article 311 ? What are the constitutional safeguards under Article 311 ?
    • (b) In one case, the petitioner was appointed as an honorary Paediatrician in a District Hospital through selection board.
