1. Q10 (a) Mr. 'A' offers to sell his house to Mr. 'B' for Rs. 50 lakhs, through post, with the request to send the reply through post within a week. 'B' sent his acceptance letter through post on the same day. On the next day he revoked his acceptance through an e-mail. Is the revocation of acceptance valid ? Decide.
