Resolved. The Semester 6 Economics notes viewer has been fixed.

What changed:
The PDF page area now scrolls inside the viewer correctly, so the Prev and Next controls move through the document instead of leaving the screen stuck near the top. The hidden preview modal controls were also cleaned up so they do not interfere with the page.
