Thank you for reporting this. We checked the account and confirmed that the bundle payment was successful.
The issue was on our side. The bundle access was active, but one PDF in the same subject folder was not unlocking correctly because of an access-matching error.
This has now been fixed. The PDF should now be available for download from the same page.
