Deep systems work on Zscaler Internet Access, the company's core cloud security service. The job is making that software run well on public cloud infrastructure, which means firewall and secure web gateway platforms, network security, and hands on C alongside networking protocol work including OpenSSL. Eight years is the stated floor, set against designing and implementing networking security software and public cloud infrastructure. It reports into the ZIA Core Engineering organisation. This is the kind of role where the domain matters more than the title: if you have written protocol or firewall code in C and understand how it behaves once it is virtualised across a cloud footprint, you are the intended reader.
