About this role
Everpure builds enterprise flash storage arrays, and FlashArray is its flagship line. The posting makes the point that although the product ships as hardware, roughly 90 percent of the innovation is software, so this is a systems programming job rather than a hardware one. You would be designing the algorithms and data structures that hold six nines of availability, chasing bottlenecks down into distributed systems and kernel level code, and extending FlashArray so it can run against public cloud providers such as AWS.
