JFrog builds Artifactory and the wider DevOps platform used to manage software binaries, with more than 8,000 customers including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. This role is in the Global PlatformOps group, monitoring and supporting the availability and performance of JFrog's multi cloud SaaS services: incident response, troubleshooting, building runbooks and automation, and working alongside SRE and cloud engineering on platform improvements. At three years it is one of the most reachable roles in this edition for someone with cloud operations, NOC or Linux systems administration experience.
