Objectives
- To understand the concept and nature of yoga along with its historical background.
- To gain knowledge regarding the application of yoga to Physical Education and Sports.
- To understand the anatomy and Physiology of Asanas and Pranayamas.
- To acquire the skills needed to understand and to overcome environmental problems.
- To gain knowledge regarding the effect of yogic practices on health aspects. ________________________________________________________________
