Data Collection and Pre-processing: Sources of Business Data (Structured & Unstructured), Data Cleaning and Transformation Handling Missing Values, Data Normalization and Standardization 7. Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Measures of Central Tendency (Mean, Median, Mode), Measures of Dispersion (Variance, Standard Deviation), Correlation and Covariance, Data Visualization (Bar chart, Pie chart, Histogram, Line graph) 8.
