1. Q1 Select the relevant judgement as mentioned above along with the SCC citation and get the said judgement confirmed during class to avoid repetition
2. Q2 The Assignment upon the selected topic and as specified above in A and B must be neatly written on plain white A4 pages, back and forth with sufficient left and right margins of 2 cm each approximately. There is no requirement of a plastic folder or a file. Assignments must be completed in maximum 6 to 8 sides or 3 to 4 pages. There should be no copy pasting from any online source. 3. Q3 Every student will have to present their selected judgements before all others after which a round of deliberations and questions will be held if necessary. The presentation must include the factual nature of dispute, ratio /reasoning, concurring and dissenting opinions if any and the interpretation/construction used by the Apex Court to arrive at the said conclusion. Also mention and further elaborate upon the doctrines if expounded by the Court. Time required for the Presentations must be intimated prior but should not exceed 30 minutes
4. Q4 The assignment hard copies will be collected on the date of the Class Test. The Class Test would be held after all the presentations stand concluded, the date of which shall be declared subsequently but shall tentatively be held after Diwali vacations. Syllabus for the test — Entire Syllabus. Specific set of questions shall also be provided
5. Q5 Every individual student must complete the assignment and presentations with diligence so that they as well as others are benefited by the deliberations and discussions. Marking will be in accordance to the overall performance which will include the Assignments, Presentations, Class Participation and the Attendance and as per the University guidelines
6. Q6 Regular attendance in lectures as well as during the presentations along with the participation in the discussion will be considered as a factor for determining marks for class participation and attendance
7. Q7 All topic selections must be complete and confirmed on or before 23.09.2024 Presentations shall tentatively commence from the Last week of September and shall be concluded before Diwali vacations commence
