B.E. (Computer Engineering) Semiconductor Physics Lab Syllabus - Mumbai University 2026

Module 1: Measurement of Hall Voltage

Module 2: Input –out put characteristics of CE configuration

Module 3: Input –out put characteristics of CB configuration

Module 4: I-V Characteristics of p-n junction diode

Module 5: I-V Characteristics of Zener diode (RB)

Module 6: I-V Characteristics of photo diode

Module 7: Carrier concentration using Hall Effect

Module 8: I-V characteristics of JFET

Module 9: Carrier concentration using Hall Effect

Module 10: Simulation experiments based on nanotechnology using open source simulation .

Module 11

  • Any other experiment based on syllabus may be included, which would help the learner to understand concept. ,after defining a suitable LO
