  • Properties of fluids, Viscosity and its Measurement. Various units of viscosity.

Module 2: Fluid Flow Phenomena printed in the syllabus as Module Detailed Content

  • Types of flow (Laminar/Turbulent), Reynolds experiment.

  • Bernoulli’s theorem and its applications, Venturimeter and Orificemeter and its discharge coefficient. Pitot tube
